All contestants must check in at the registration shanty/warming hut located at " The Village " to receive a numbered bracelet unless you received your bracelet threw the mail...You cannot weigh a fish without this bracelet? We reserve the right to check any coolers or sleds

1) Fishing will take place on Georgetown lake...All fish must be caught through the ice and not in open waters?

2) This is a CATCH & RELEASE contest...Only live fish will be measured and it is up to the contestant to get the fish to the measuring station...

Handicap contestants will be given a flag to waive and one of us will come to you and measure your fish...

3) There are sections of the lake that will be roped off...Fishing will be prohibited in these areas and violators will be disqualified...

7) Any fish type counts...There is only one category...The measurement will be by length only...1/8"

8) The first biggest fish in to be measured will count as the big fish...Example: say that the 3 biggest fish that are brought in threw out the day all measure 21" ...The big fish that was measured first on the clock will win 1st, the big fish that was measured second will get 2nd and the last biggest fish that was tied for big fish will get 3rd and so on... We are going to measure the fish by length this year by 1/8 " and in case of a tie, as a lot of fish in Georgetown are really close to the same size, the biggest fish by length that is caught the earliest , will be counted as the bigger fish between the ones that tied in size...We are using 2 measuring stations on the lake this year and if 2 fish are the same length and measured at the same time from different stations, we will flip a coin to see who finishes higher...Example: station 1 measures a fish at 8:30 that is 21" long and a fish is brought to the other station, station 2 at 8:30  and is 21" long, Mark Taylor will flip to see who's fish will count as being caught first...

9) All Colorado fishing regulations apply and is the responsibility of the angler to know these regulations...

10) Contestants must be present to collect winnings...if contestant is not present, the prize will go to the next biggest fish caught...Prizes for 1st, 2nd ,3rd , 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th place...
